Chapter 3: Values-Led Evolution | Tue November 11th at 9:30AM PT/12:30PM ET
Themes: Values, priorities, work-life fit, and paying your experience forward.
Outcome: Create a values framework for a purposeful, authentic path forward.
Post-Program Meetup | Tue December 9th at 9:30AM PT/12:30PM ET
Outcome: Get a bonus cohort “group hug” between the winter holidays. ❤️

Kelly Ling | SOWM Coach, Program Designer & Facilitator
Kelly, founder of Stork & Spark, has partnered with Fortune 500 companies to develop leadership programming focused on career development during pregnancy & leave, negotiation, and power & influence. Prior to founding Stork & Spark, she spent 15 years in corporate roles leading strategy, innovation, and learning & development. Along the way, she had two kiddos who have helped fuel her creative and entrepreneurial spirit. She is an ICF-certified executive coach, and received her MBA from UC-Berkeley Haas.
Jess Ringgenberg | SOWM Head of Coaching & Cohort Advisor
Jess is the Head of Coaching for Society of Working Moms and the founder & CEO of ELIXR Coaching & Consulting. As a mom of 2, she spent over a decade as a Fortune 500 leader, and in 2023, founded ELIXR and launched The Science of Modern Motherhood™—a first-of-its-kind national research study redefining the caregiver experience through data, maternal identity, and workplace impact. She is an ICF-certified coach who supports caregivers through coaching, community, and corporate initiatives.
